# Welcome

## GM,

Welcome to **Satonomy** — as long-time Bitcoiners, we’ve encountered a significant challenge: the complexity of managing Bitcoin assets, especially UTXOs.

Satonomy was created to address this problem by transforming UTXO management. We offer a visually intuitive platform that simplifies complex Bitcoin transactions and asset management, empowering users to efficiently control their portfolios with ease.

Our vision is to empower Bitcoin users with a seamless, intuitive platform that makes managing UTXOs and Bitcoin assets effortless and accessible.

## The Beginnings

How did we come up with Satonomy (**/ˈsæt.əˌnɒ.mi/**)? We believe that having a deep understanding of how to manage your Bitcoin assets—dissecting each piece down to the individual satoshis—is crucial. Combining the concept of Satoshis with anatomy, we arrived at the name **Satonomy**.

We use the butterfly shape to visually represent the flow of inputs and outputs, symbolizing the transformation and seamless management of UTXOs in your Bitcoin transactions.

Let's get started!
